A MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN...
Greetings! It has been a month since I had the honor to return to the Jordan College as your Dean, and I first want to thank you for the warm welcome.
I first came to Fresno State as an agricultural economist in 1983, and left the college 20 years later to serve in various administrative and leadership positions at the University, and most recently serving as Vice Provost and on the President’s cabinet.
After graduation in May, my wife and I traveled to England and Scotland. During our trip, President Castro shared with the cabinet that Dean Witte had announced her retirement. I found that interesting but didn’t think it would impact me.
However, on my first day back the Provost - on behalf of President Castro - extended an offer to become the Dean of the Jordan College. READ MORE

OUTREACH

The Food Science & Culinology Club hosted Thomas Foley from the Institute of Food Technologists to showcase its exciting community involvement, hands-on experience, and campus processing facilities. VIDEO

CERTIFICATION
The industrial technology department received the highest possible re-accreditation rating by the Association of Technology Management and Applied Engineering (ATMAE). STORY

PREPARATION
Agricultural education graduate Tim Truax has compiled one of the College's most impressive resumes through his dedication to academics, research, student organizations and campus farm. VIDEO
