Dr. John Williams grew up in the small coastal town of Los Alamos, California.  He attended Righetti High School in Santa Maria, Ca where he was active in FFA and raised swine and beef projects.  Dr. Williams is a Briggs and Stratton Certified Master Service Technician and possesses a vast knowledge and skills in Mechanized Agriculture.  Dr. Williams began his career as a High School Agriculture Teacher in 2009 at Madera South High School.  He continued his career at CSU, Fresno in 2015 as a part-time instructor and came to the university full time in 2017.  He is currently the faculty advisor for Ducks Unlimited and is the Current California Agricultural Teachers Association Past-President.
