Graduate Dinner

Please join us for a fun evening as we celebrate our Class of 2026 and another successful year at the Department of Viticulture & Enology.

Friends, family, alumni, and members of the grape and wine industry are invited to be a part of this annual celebration just two days before the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology's Commencement Ceremony at the Save Mart Center.

Dinner seating will be tables of 10.

Requests for reserved seating will be accepted by the Department Office if received by May 1st (accommodation is not guaranteed).

Refunds are not guaranteed. All refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Members of the Class of 2026 Only - Complimentary 

  • Currently Enrolled Fresno State Students Only $45.00 

  • General Admission - $55.00

  •  Kids Admission (12 and under)  - $25.00

If you prefer to pay by check. Contact Aaron Smith using the contact details at the bottom of the page, and he'll gladly assist you with the payment process. Checks to be made out to California State University, Fresno.

Payment is due to the Department of Viticulture & Enology office by May 1st at 5:00 PM.

Checks can be dropped off at the department office. If you would like to send a check by mail please contact Aaron Smith. 

 


Program & Menu

Social begins at 5:30 pm at Pardini's Catering & Banquets (2257 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93711).

Seating for dinner begins at 6:00 pm, followed by dinner, recognition of our graduates, our outstanding achievers, and sponsors, with brief announcements and awards by the Fresno State Viticulture Club..

Student-produced products from the Viticulture & Enology program, including Fresno State wine and raisins, will also be featured at no charge. Must be 21 years of age and older to consume alcohol.
