Brief Introductory Statement:
Mark Salwasser is the Farm Supervisor for the Fresno State Agricultural Operation's 1,000-acre University Agricultural Laboratory which includes the Fresno State Vineyards and Fresno State Winery on campus. The vineyards and winery are used for the university's research, teaching, and production programs.  Mark works closely with Jordan College faculty and staff, including the Department of Viticulture and Enology and research center personnel.  He received his B.S. degree in Plant Science, with an emphasis in viticulture, in 1988 from California State University, Fresno.
