Harvesting the Leaders of Tomorrow Career & Internship Fair, 2025

Date: February 5th, 2025 (Wednesday)

Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Location: Sattelite Student Union (SSU) @ Fresno State Campus

Registration Deadline: January 17th, 2025 (Friday) or maximum capacity reached.

Late registration fee begins: January 6th, 2025 (Monday)

Register now by logging into your HireFresnoState account (bit.ly/hfs_employer).  

  1. Click on the “On-Campus Request” tab on the left-hand menu
  2. Then click the "+ Add Request" button in red on the top left
  3. Scroll down the drop-down menu and select "Multiple-Company Event"
  4. SCROLL DOWN all the way to complete the registration form. 

Registration Fees:

*Each Registration includes 1 table, 2 chairs + 2 meal tickets.

*All Sponsors will receive recognition on Jordan Advising and Career Development Center website AND social media platforms.

  • For-Profit: $250 (late registration: $300)
  • Non-Profit/Small Business (25 employees or less): $200 (late registration: $250)
  • Federal Agencies/Govt.: $200 (late registration: $250)
  • Champion Sponsor: $1000 (2 tables, 4 chairs + 4 meal tickets)
  • Partner Sponsor: $500 (1 table, 3 chairs + 3 meal tickets)
