Retired faculty member who taught undergraduate courses in agricultural water, soils, irrigation systems, soil and water management, and plant-water relationships at the graduate level. Worked closely with the research staff at the Center for Irrigation Technology on campus as the Coordinator of Agricultural Air Quality Projects and brought the University national recognition for the quality of his experiments in irrigation management. Recipient of 2004 Provost Award for Distinguished Achievements in Research, Scholarship or Creative Activity. Joined the department in 1979.
