Fourth Annual Research Showcase
Jordan Agricultural Research Center
Monday, April 21, 2025, 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Welcome to the fourth annual Research Showcase at the Jordan Agricultural Research Center!

Proudly serving to kick off Research Week at Fresno State (April 21-26), this year’s event features a blend of veteran researchers, as well as new faculty establishing their research programs.

After the Showcase, stay for a seminar given by special guest speaker Dr. Michele (Nish) Nishiguchi, UC Merced faculty in the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology from 11:30am to 12:10 p.m. She studies the mutualistic association and evolution of symbiotic animal-bacterial associations through both wild-caught and experimentally evolved marine populations (such as squid) in the the Indo-West Pacific, Australia, and
the Mediterranean Sea.
