2021 Jordan College Convocation
On Saturday, May 15, 2021, the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology will honor graduating students from its spring 2020 and 2021 graduating classes at its 51st Annual Convocation Ceremony.
Convocation starts promptly at 7 p.m. at Bulldog Stadium (1620 East Bulldog Lane), and will be held jointly with the College of Arts and Humanities.
Graduates must have pre-registered by April 9, 2021, and requests for up to four guest tickets were required at the same time.
Students will have their names announced (and graduate students will hood themselves).
The event will be smaller in scale compared to previous ceremonies, and social distancing measures and mask/facial covering requirements will be in place for graduates, guests, and event staff.

- Timeline:
Doors open at WHAT TIME for guests to enter. Parking with be tight, and guests are encouraged to carpool. - Graduates arrive at WHAT TIME at WHAT LOCATION (volunteers will direct students).
- Processional starts promptly at WHAT TIME.
- End time is 9 p.m.
Other Event Information:
- There will be lots of walking. For your comfort and safety, and to protect the turf in Bulldog Stadium, it is suggested and encouraged that high heels not be worn by graduates.
- Guests will be seated together in pre-assigned pod locations in the stands and socially-distanced from other guest pods.
- Only 1 unopened bottle of water will be allowed in per person. There will be water for sale in the stadium.
- There will be no paper programs but an electronic program will be available.
- Details on distribution of commencement tickets will be emailed to graduates as soon as that information is available. We hope to be able to distribute our honor cords and stoles (for those that are receiving them) at the same time.

- Commencement is an alcohol and drug-free event. Students who appear to be under the influence will be removed from the procession line or stadium and will not be allowed to participate.
