(March 16, 2015) – The Fresno State Fashion INC. Club looks forward to hosting its fifth annual Spring Fashion Show on Saturday, March 21.

The event will be held at the Satellite Student Union from 6-8 p.m., and admission is free with a student ID and $5 to the general public.

More than 50 designs and styles by eight student designers will be showcased ranging from casual to evening wear.

The biggest event of the year for the 20-student club will consist of opening and closing dance performances and a runway show.

Fashion Inc. Spring Fashion Show set for Saturday, March 16 from 6-8 p.m.

A raffle will cap the event, and the audience can then meet the designers and enjoy refreshments. Various outfits and jewelry will also be available for sale.

“This is a great chance for our students to showcase all of their hard work the past year to the campus and community,” said club president and junior Danika Brumbeloe. “It’s also an opportunity for them to learn about event planning and help prepare for careers in the industry.”

This year’s theme is entitled "All Dolled Up" and encourages students to create looks based on doll collections.

The club is sponsored by the fashion merchandising program and part of the Jordan College and department of child, family and consumer sciences.
