Born and raised in the Central Valley, Dr. Alyx has always had a close connection with Agricultural Community through 4-H and FFA.   She was able to achieve her American Farmer degree in FFA and competed on the Equestrian Team when she attended Fresno State.  She grew up helping at her parents at their equestrian facility since she was 14.  This included helping put on shows, run summer days camps and caring for horses boarding at their facility.

She pursued her career in chiropractic and became board certified in animal chiropractic with a main focus in Equine but also works with cattle, sheep, hogs and goats. She is excited to give back to the up and coming professionals in the Equine Industry and help bridge the gap from students to professionals in the Equine Industry and help them experience and shee what the industry has to offer and how it has changed over the years.
