2024 Common Threads Awards 

   

More than 350 people gathered on Wednesday, March 13 as the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology and Ag One partnered with California Agricultural Leadership Foundation (CALF) to celebrate the 28th annual Common Threads Awards. Around this time each year, Ag One and CALF have the privilege to recognize deserving women in agriculture. These women, whose roots are in agriculture, have made a difference in their communities with bountiful giving of their time, talent and treasure. Their contributions are symbolic of the rich, colorful threads used to fashion a multifaceted tapestry, not unlike our agricultural sector — dynamic and growing. Congratulations (from left) to Kathi Woodward (Fresno), Lladona Estermann (Kerman), Cheryl Lehn (Fresno), Karen Tate (Hilmar), Susan Der Manouel (Sanger) and Tapestry Award winner, Pat Heiskell-Hillman (Tulare).
