Eligibility

Customers of Pacific Gas & Electric Company, operating under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission are eligible.  These operations will be implemented by the Center of Irrigation Technology through the Advanced Pumping Efficiency Program (APEP). 

• As of December 2020, APEP will no longer be providing incentive rebates for pump repair or retrofits.
