The Ag Business Minor

Why declare a minor?  Minors provide a student the opportunity to expand their education into areas of academic concentration. A minor is a way to enhance your college experience with a set of courses that may be complementary to a field you are pursuing in your major. You can develop valuable skills that will help you in the job market or the minor may be more about your passions. Whether it is for professional skills or for personal growth, it takes planning for course sequencing and prerequisites to avoid taking all your “minor” courses in your last semester. Being informed and being able to plan ahead will make getting a minor a worthwhile endeavor.

The Minor in Agricultural Business is available for all students. It is possible to have 12 units in the core waived if comparable courses are taken as additional requirements in another major.
