An alumnus of Fresno State (BS in Agricultural Business, 1986), Dr. Williams earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M.  He has taught at Fresno State since 1997.  He teaches courses in theory and Natural Resource and Environmental Economics.
